Terms and rules
The short version: play fair, be decent to the people at your table, and remember that Boli and tokens are for fun, not money.

About these terms
These terms are between you and Zeroform ("we"), the studio that makes DIGU, The Traveller and this website. By making a DIGU account or playing either game, you agree to them and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't play them.
This website is free to read and its press kit is free to use for writing about us and our products. Please don't use our logos to suggest we endorse something we don't.
Your account
- DIGU is for people aged 13 and over.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is your responsibility.
- Choose a username and picture you'd be fine showing to anyone at a table. We may reset ones that break the rules below.
- You can deactivate or delete your account any time in Settings › Privacy. The privacy policy says exactly what deletion removes.
Rules for the table
Play fair.
- No cheating: no sharing your cards with someone at the same table, no playing on two seats at once, no losing on purpose to help a friend.
- No bots, scripts or tools that play for you or read the game.
- No extra accounts to farm free tokens, invite rewards or prizes, or to get round a suspension.
- Found a bug that gives you an edge? Tell us instead of using it.
Be decent.
- No abuse, threats, slurs or harassment, in chat, voice, names or pictures. Banter about the game is fine; going after a person isn't.
- No sexual content, and nothing that's against the law.
- No spam, scams or selling: no offers to trade Boli or accounts for money.
- Don't share someone's private details, or your own, at the table.
Look after yourself.
If someone bothers you, tap their picture or open their profile. You can mute their chat or voice at the table, mute all voice, block them so you don't meet again, or report them, with a short note about what happened.
If someone breaks the rules
An admin reads every report. They can see the report, the player's account and the table's last chat lines. Depending on what happened, they can:
- Close the report if nothing was wrong.
- Mute the player's chat and voice for 24 hours.
- Suspend the account for 1, 7 or 30 days, or until we lift it. A suspension signs the player out everywhere and they can't sign in until it ends.
We may also reset an offensive name or picture, and take back Boli, tokens or prizes won by breaking the rules. Serious or repeated breaks can mean a suspension that doesn't end.
Think we got it wrong? Write to hello@diguclassic.com with your username and what happened. We'll look at it again and reply.
Boli, tokens and prizes
- Tokens pay for rounds at Quick match, private, club and ranked tables; practice is always free. You get a free token every day.
- Boli is DIGU's money for the Shop: card backs, tables, reactions, Time Banks and memberships.
- Boli and tokens have no value outside DIGU. They can't be bought with real money at the moment, and they can never be cashed out, sold or exchanged for anything outside the game.
- You can send Boli to another player. Boli won as a prize can be spent, but not sent.
- Entry tokens are used up when you play. They're never pooled or paid to the winner. DIGU isn't gambling.
- Season and tournament prizes are Boli, tokens, badges and other in-game items only.
- If a bug or a broken rule puts Boli, tokens or items on an account by mistake, we may correct the balance.
What's yours, what's ours
What you write or say at the table stays yours, but you let us carry it to the other players and keep it for the short times the privacy policy says. DIGU itself, its art, code and names, and the Zeroform brand belong to us. Digu the card game belongs to everyone in the Maldives.
The Traveller
The Traveller has no accounts and no online play, so the account, table and Boli parts above don't apply to it. Your save lives in your browser, which can delete it: when you clear your site data, use a private window, or, in Safari, after about a week without opening the game. We can't recover a save we never had, so copy your save code from the game's menu now and then. The islands are real, but the game isn't a map for real travel.
The service
- We work hard to keep our games running and fair, but we can't promise it will never be down, slow or have bugs. We provide it as it is.
- We may change, add or remove features, events and Shop items. If we ever close one of them, we'll say so in the game at least 30 days before.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for in-game items lost to a bug. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and if a change matters, we'll tell you in the game before it applies.
